Limoges Frog and Lily Pad Plate

Description

This is a Limoges, France 10″ plate with frog and lily pad.  This beautiful unusual plate is stamped on back Blake and Henderson.  Previous owned.  Stand not included. Picture 5 shows a black speck on back. No chips or cracks that I see.  Really don’t know what the black speck is as doesn’t feel like a chip and there is not any glaze over it.
