Over the years, our customers’ shopping activity helped us grow into a full-time business. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars, including international.  Payments must clear before shipping. EzMonsterDeals ships orders promptly on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays (excludes holidays & weekends).  Any order received before 10am (PST), will receive same day shipping.  Any order received at 10:01am (PST) or after, will be shipped promptly on
next shipment day.
Buyer is guaranteed that you are purchasing item(s), posted in our listings as-described condition and will be delivered to original payment address only.  All buyers pay for shipping, unless a sale or promotional deal is posted to order.  All items are shipped with tracking services, typically within 3 business days or less

All items are in stock, stored and ready to ship from a clean & smoke free warehouse located in the United States of America. Items are packed by our trained warehouse staff.

:
Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unopened item in its original packaging, with all original packaging materials included. Original protective wrapping, if any, is intact.  Items are new, but due to the nature of this business we DO NOT guarantee mint condition.
New with defects
:
Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unopened item in original packaging, with all original packaging materials included. Original protective wrapping, is damaged and/or product may have a few flaws.
Used – Like New
:
An item is almost perfect condition. Original protective wrapping may be missing, and/or some damage to original packaging, not in pristine condition, but like new. Might show signs of signs of slight wear or tears packaging only (item is unharmed inside package). Instructions may or may not be included.
Used – Very Good
:
A well-cared-for item that has seen limited use but remains in great condition. The item might show slight signs of wear or tear, very slight spots or stains. Item works perfectly.
Used – Good
:
The item shows wear from consistent use, but it remains in good condition and works perfectly. It may be marked, have identifying markings on it, or show other signs of previous use. Pieces/accessories and/or parts might be missing.
Used – Acceptable
:
The item is fairly worn but continues to work perfectly. Signs of wear can include aesthetic issues such as scratches, dents, and worn corners. The item may have identifying markings on it or show other signs of previous use. Pieces/accessories and/or parts might be missing.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, buyer pays return S&H charges.
Items are inspected, prior to issuance of refund. Please hang onto all original packaging & box for return shipping.  Items must be returned in the same condition as sent.
USED items
must be sent back as received and in original condition. Any paperwork, certificates, accessories, extra items must also be returned with original contents. Used items cannot smell (i.e. smoke, etc.) or show signs of usage.
NEW items
must be returned not opened and not used in “as new condition”, in their original packaging with original contents or tags attached. Any paperwork, certificates, accessories, extra items must also be returned with original contents.
Upon return, if any further damages diminish the value of Used or New items, then we may report the incident to customer support which may result in no refund, and/or we reserve the right to deduct any charges that may apply to false claims of any returns.
Concerning garments, clothing or sporting good type products(new or used): U.S. health code regulations says that we cannot give refunds on certain products that may have touched the skin and/or worn/used or sampled. Know your size.
Please feel free to email us anytime, we are here to help our customers. IF an item is totally opposite from our original stated description, damaged, or arrives in non-working condition. Please contact us right away and hang onto all original packaging plus the shipping box for return shipping.
Some circumstances that is ‘out of seller’s control’
, would include the following:
Buyer didn’t read the description, review images and/or ask questions about product
Package was returned as undeliverable
Seller has no control over shipping services or long delays in transit times
Wrong address on file
Forwarding is not permitted, and at buyers own risk
Rejected without sellers consent
Failure to pickup package at shipping carrier facility or distribution hub
Stolen items after delivery of goods
Buyer is out of town or out of the country, on vacation
EzMonsterDeals will not accept responsibility, for the above circumstances.  Buyer will be charged all sending & returning shipping charges. Please understand, our company is only budgeted for a ONE TIME SHIP and we DO NOT re-ship any item.  The above circumstances are included, but not limited to our seller policy & will be handled on a case by case basis.
Need to cancel an order?
BEFORE an item is shipped, send us a cancellation request. However, if item is already in transit then there isn’t much we can do at that point. Buyer can return the item, once item is received.
